Ceramic Ball Mill
The ceramic ball mill is mainly used for the mixing and grinding of materials, which can provide even product fineness and save power. It can be applicable to both dry grinding and wet grinding. Different liner plates can be chosen to meet various production needs. The production fineness is depending on the grinding time. The autotransformer is used for electric depression to reduce the starting current. Its structure has integral type and independent type. This product has the advantages of low investment, energy saving, novel structure, simple operation, safe use, stable and reliable performance, and is suitable for mixing and grinding of common and special materials. The user can select the appropriate model and liner and media type based on the specific gravity and hardness of the material and factors such as the output.
The working principle of the machine is that the motor drives the cylinder body to rotate through a deceleration device. The crushed ore and steel ball in the cylinder body are subjected to friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder body rotates and are brought to a certain height by the liner plate, then fall down due to gravity. The ore is gradually crushed under the impact and grinding and is discharged out of the drum through the discharge section. The qualified mineral products will be separated in a spiral classifier, the coarse sand will be returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder and is reground. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combination feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill.
