Stability：One gram dissolves in about 55ml of water, in 10ml of 95% ethanol, in 17ml of propylene glycol and 5ml of chloroform. It melts at about 90º C.

It can be widely used in various lines such as perfume's composition, cigarettes, wines, drinks, ice-cream, candies, chocolates, biscuits, bread, canned food, meat processing, toothpaste, medicine and cosmetic and so on.
