①With water preflush for about 5 minutes;
②With 75 lye (usually with NaOH solution) cycle 15 minutes;
③Rinse with water for about 5 minutes;
④With 70 ℃ acid solution (usually with dilute nitric acid solution) cycle 15 minutes;
⑤Use 90 hot water rinse about 15 minutes.
The second type: for without hot surface pipeline tank and other processing equipment in situ cleaning.
①With water preflush for about 5 minutes;
②Use 75 lye cycle about ten minutes;
③Use 90 hot water rinse about ten minutes.
