1、电介质
该电容器是采用低损耗的金属化聚丙烯薄膜，该自愈式薄膜是采用进口基膜、应用专利技术蒸镀的渐变方阻安全膜。
薄膜采用全自动化设备卷绕成圆柱形，应用无感卷绕技术，芯子内部采用薄铜片连接技术，使得电容器制作电感更小，过电流过电压能力更强。
根据长期的使用与试验结果验证，我们的电容器电介质有非常好的自愈特性。
我们采用在薄膜边缘加厚的形式，增大边缘接触面积，从而使薄膜与喷金面的接触部分更好，加大产品的过电流能力，减少边缘应力。
2、溶剂
电容器中填充的介质是为了隔离电极间的空气，没有填充介质的保护，金属镀层将会被氧化，金属化薄膜将会越来越多的被自愈，电容器的容量越来越小，损耗越来越大。
因此，在我们将电容器放入铝壳中用聚氨酯进行灌注时，需要对电容器进行真空干燥处理，从而保护卷绕的芯子与其周围的环境，使得电容器在长期使用时容量非常稳定。
电容器内部填充的是聚氨脂，因此该电容有很高的体积利用比，非常好的自愈特性和过压自动保护特性，当运行过程中发生意外状况或者电容器超负荷时，电容器内部会自动断开确保运行安全。
