melamine funiture
"The advantages of melamine veneer are not only the surface is smooth and beautiful, but also fireproof, scratch-resistant, not easy to deform, etc., and can be processed according to different colors and styles. It is suitable for making all kinds of medium and high-grade furniture." Melamine impregnated paper is imported. And domestically produced, the price difference between the two is relatively large, but melamine is used as an additive in the production process.
The melamine trait is pure white single oblique crystal, tasteless, soluble in hot water, slightly soluble in cold water, very slightly soluble in hot ethanol, low in toxicity, stable under normal conditions, and free from toxicity after curing. "Unless you take it into your stomach, melamine is very safe as an additive in the production of plates and furniture." Conversely, the addition of melamine to furniture production can reduce the amount of formaldehyde used and reduce the hazard.
Whether furniture is environmentally friendly, mainly depends on whether the harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene exceed the standard. According to national standards, the formaldehyde emission can not exceed 1.5 mg per cubic meter. The E0 standard set by Europe is not more than 0.6 mg per cubic meter. Therefore, look at the furniture brand you buy, pay attention to whether such volatile harmful substances in the substrate meet the standard, and do not have to worry about the harm caused by melamine.
