Glass Fused To Steel Tanks For Water Biogas Storage Wastewater Treatment
High-quality Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank is made of special steel plate, special sealant, self-locking bolt, and the service life for more than 30 years. After pretreatment, the special steel plate is coated with two or three layers of enamel coating on both sides. After the heat polymerization, a strong binding force is formed between the coating and the steel plate. The protective layer formed by the coating can not only prevent corrosion of the tank body, but also has the function of strong acid and alkali resistance and strong abrasion resistance.
We use the titanium alloy special steel plate as the enamel steel plate, which is twice as strong as ordinary steel plate, the commonly used steel plate thickness from 3mm to 12mm. The inner and outer sides of the steel plate are sprayed with ground glaze and surface glaze. after heat treatment at 850-940℃, the steel plate surface will form a 0.3mm thick enamel coating, which will not only prevent the corrosion of the steel plate, but also has the function of the strong acid, strong alkali resistance. And the self-locking bolt installation is very easy to install, no need for big installation equipment and/or very skilled labors.
