CBN Mesh Powder
As one of the abrasive powdermanufactures,E-Grind supplies all types of diamond powdersincluding Resin bond diamond, Metal bond diamond, Saw Grit and Wheel Grit. Diamond mesh grit are used to make grinding wheels for cutting and grinding process. Diamond micron is for lapping and polishing. Saw Grit is the strongest diamond, designed to meet the requirements of the stone processing in construction and ceramic industries, frequently used in Titanium cladding version to enhance the bonding; wheel grit is in sizes from 70/80 to 325/400, mainly for Metal bond and electroplating bond tools.
CBN ranks the second in hardness following Diamond. CBN has premium performance in thermal conductivity, durability and chemical inertness. It is usually used for Ferrous Metal. E-Grind provides all types of CBN material including mesh and micron.
