YZYX168 Screw Oil Press Machine

YZYX168 is the biggest model for single screw oil mill equipment, with a 20 tons capacity per day, at the same time, with strong compatibility and high efficiency, widely used in all sized oil factories.

Main equipment parameters of YZYX168 Screw Oil Press Machine

Model	ProcessingCapacity(T/24H)	MotorPower(KW)	OilContentofDryCakes(%)	SpiralAxesRotateSpeed(r/min)	Measurement(L*W*H)(mm)	Weight(kg)
YZYX168	20	37or45	≤7.4	32-38	2670*1000*1726	1800

YZYX168 has big processing capacity and long press cage ,high efficiency and high oil yield.

Wearing parts of this model YZYX168 are made of alloy steel to ensure durability. Has high oil yield and long working life.

YZYX168 is very suitable for medium and bigger oil producing enterprises (30TPD-100TPD)

Note:

This weight is without electro-motors' weight.YXYX168 spiral oil press is the biggest model for now, which can process 20 tons of oil material per day. It is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. It has advantages of small investment, big capacity, strong compatibility and high effiency. It is widely ued in all sized oil factories.YZYX168 has strong squeeze power. The pressure in its chest is powerful. Users can obtain very good squeezing result when operating properly.

Main Features ofYZYX168 Screw Oil Press Machine

Below features are based on oil plants above the average quality smoothly and continuously squeezed after such pretreatments as screening, husking, flaking and cooking, etc.

OilPlants	ProcessingCapacity	OilcontentofDrycakes(%)	OilYieldEfficiency(t/24h)	ElectricityConsumption(kw.h/t)
					Rapeseed	≥20	≤7.4	≥84	≤34
Cottonseeds	≥20	≤6.3	≥80	≤54
Soybean	≥17	≤6.2	≥69	≤51
Peanut	≥20	≤6.3	≤92.5	≤34

Note:

① It is normal that sometimes the actual results may be a little different from those in the index because the oil plant’s type, quality, and original content may be different in different areas.② The day capacity (t/24h) is based on using hot way to squeeze one time. The more the squeeze times are, the lower the date capacity is.1. More than 30 years of experience in manufacturing oil press.2. 7 patents of oil press technology.3. Full inspection before delivery; quality pass rate of more than 98%.4. More than 300 professional workers. 10% of them are mechanical engineers technicians.5. Widely used in our life; have been exported to more than 70 countries."The product conforms to the "Technology Standard of Agricultural Spiral Oil Press" under JB/T9793-2013 of the People's Republic of China.
