Lensed Fiber

In some optical application, lens, reflector and other micro-optics components are normally needed to be assembled on optical fibers' end face. We can also process the fiber tip into a kind of lens. At present, MEISU has the first-class optical fiber lens processing technology, and we have independently developed a complete set of optical fiber lens grinding equipment, which can produce various shapes of optical lensed fiber arrays with low cost and high precision. With the optical fiber lens grinding equipment, MEISU can also test the optical spot, far-field and other parameters of the lens.

MCF Multicore Fiber Fanout

Multicore Fiber Fanout, or the so-called MCF Fiber, is a special optical fiber with multiple cores in one cladding. At present, the application of multi-core optical fiber is gradually becoming more and more widespread. It is normally used to connect with the traditional single-core fiber system. MEISU's multi-core fiber fanout cable can make the multi-core optical fiber be processed and be compatible with regular fiber system.

MCF Fiber ArrayUnit

Multi Core Fiber is a special optical fiber with multiple cores in one cladding. With the development of the relevant technology, the MCF application is becoming more and more widespread. In some cases, Multi-Core Fiber is needed to be coupled with the integrated optical chip. MEISU's multi-core fiber array are designed for this application.
