Automobile wire cyclic bending testing machine
In terms of technical parameters: The swing angle can reach 180 degrees clockwise or counter - clockwise. It is also possible to continuously set any specified angle. The speed ranges from 10 to 60 times per minute, with an error of ±1 time. The counter range is from 1 to 999.999 and can be preset. There are 3 sets of test stations. One weight each of 2.5N, 3.75N, 5N, and 7.5N is provided. It has the functions of wire - break stop and data retention. The test voltage is 24V. The power supply requirement is AC220V (with a fluctuation range of ±10%), and the switching power supply is DC24V/5A. The overall weight of the machine is 50KG. The R - angle of the test fixture is determined according to the wire specifications. For example, for a wire with a cross - sectional area of 0.5mm² and an outer diameter of 1.5mm, the R - value of the fixture is 3.75. It also covers various specifications such as R7.2 and R9.6.
