FR168 Bearing
FR168 Bearing
are a common type of external spherical bearings, also known as housed external spherical bearings, which are widely used in agricultural machinery, conveying equipment, textile machinery, food processing equipment and other fields. It is characterized by a spherical outer ring with a spherical outer surface, which can be self-aligning and adapt to the misalignment between the shaft and the seat hole, as well as having the advantages of easy installation and strong load carrying capacity. The following is a detailed introduction to FR168 bearings:
Model: FR168
Inner diameter (d): 40 mm
Outer diameter (D): 80 mm
Width (B): 31 mm
Diameter of the housing hole: depending on the type of housing, usually 80 mm.
Weight: approx. 1.2 kg (including housing).
Material: Bearings are usually made of high carbon chrome steel (GCr15), housings are mostly cast iron or cast steel.
Seal type: Usually with a seal (2RS) to prevent dust and contaminants from entering.
Self-aligning: the outer spherical design enables the bearings to be self-aligning, adapting to the misalignment between the shaft and the seat hole and reducing the influence of mounting errors.
Strong load carrying capacity: suitable for medium load scenarios, able to withstand radial and axial loads.
Convenient mounting: the design with seat enables the bearing to be mounted directly on the equipment without the need for an additional bearing housing.
Good sealing performance: with seals, effectively preventing dust, water and other contaminants from entering the bearing interior.
High durability: Made of high quality steel and precision machining process, it has a long service life.
FR168 bearings are widely used in the following fields due to their self-aligning, high load carrying capacity and easy installation:
Agricultural machinery: such as harvesters, tractors, seeders, etc.
Conveying equipment: such as belt conveyors, chain conveyors, etc.
Textile machinery: such as spinning machines, looms, etc.
Food processing equipment: such as mixers, packaging machines.
General industrial equipment: such as fans, pumps and so on.
