Epoxy coated mesh is a mesh material woven from high-quality metal wire and coated with epoxy resin, which is mainly used for hydraulic and air filtration support layer, and is the main part of the filter element. It combines the strength of metal wire mesh with the corrosion resistance of epoxy resin, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high temperature and corrosion resistance as well as high filtration accuracy. The epoxy resin layer provides additional protection, allowing the filter mesh to be used for extended periods of time in harsh environments while maintaining a high level of abrasion resistance.
Depending on region and application, epoxy coated wire mesh may be referred to as epoxy coated mesh, support mesh, filter element mesh, or black wire mesh. In international markets, terms like epoxy wire cloth, coated wire screen, or mesh cloth are commonly used. Despite the different names, the mesh’s primary role is the same – providing strong, corrosion-resistant support for filter media.
