DT-JII Medium High Pressure Dual-stage Injection Molding Machine
Introduction
TEDERIC D-JII medium-to-high pressure dual-stage injection molding machine, developed by TEDERIC Company, combines extrusion and injection technology to form a dual-stage injection structure, injection pressure Max up to 130Mpa. It is based on D-JI, for expanding the application field of dual-stage machines. The plasticizing part adopts the extrusion technology, which has the advantages of balanced plasticizing and high efficiency; while the injection unit adopts the plunger reciprocating structure, to the advantages of precision, large injection volume, high efficiency and energy-saving, not only mainly used in the production of large thick-walled pipe fittings but also extend to more application like logistic and environmental area. The clamping force can be from 5000KN to 40000KN, and injection size from 6000cm3 to 430,000cm3. D-JII high pressure injection molding machine is a recommended machine for producing utility tunnels( inspection wells), pallet and dustbin.
