But in many cases, we can achieve: diameters tolerance is ±0.02mm.Length tolerance is ±0.05mm
Material Selection
Cold Forging Pins, in use, according to their work requires selection. Commonly used materials for 35 or 45 pin steel. Material safety pin for 35,45,50, T8A, T10A, etc., after the heat treatment hardness 30 ~ 36HRC. Sheath material available 45,35SiMn, 40Cr, etc., after the heat treatment hardness 40 ~ 50HRC.
