The XWD-475cornheaderis a 7.5m harvesting width 10 row corn header manufactured by Xinwanda, it can harvest 16 row in a maize field with 50cm row width. The main beam has multiple reinforcement points, which is more firm and not easy to deform.After the optimization and upgrading of the corn headerfeeding channel, the feeding is more smooth when harvesting high-yield crops.
Equipped with double water cooledclutch left and right side protection, it can effectively reduce the working temperature of the clutch plate and reduce the burning plate and transmission failurecaused by high temperature.
The structural parts are made of special grade of agricultural machinery steel developed by Hebei Iron and Steel Group Research Institute to ensure that the silage cutting table has the characteristics of high precision, high wear resistance, high strength impact resistance and not easy to deformation.Thehigh-strength wear-resistant steelenhancedthe strength and life by more than 3 times, and the unique drum design can feed smoothly during high-yield crops and fall harvesting.
