Automatic Scoop Feeder
This is a automatic scoop feeding machinedesigned to feed the scoop into metal cans or bottles before the cans go to filling station! Scoops uncrambler with vibrator which can help to queue the scoops on the feeding device before fall down to the cans.
Working mode: Vibrating scoop unscrambling machine,Pneumatic scoop feeding machine.
After cleaning and UV disinfection, the packaging containers are placed on a conveyor belt and a spoon is placed into each container by a centrifugal scoop feeder. The scoops are placed into the hopper, from which an inclined waterfall feeder lifts them to the sorter, where they are positioned. Spoons are processed through the discharge channel, maintaining orientation, and then drop them into each container. A sensor at the scoop feeder inlet detects the presence of a package and opens or closes the feeder accordingly.
No need to worry about product dust or scoops sticking/sticking out with the Scoop Dropper System.
