Crumb Rubber Production Line

Rotecho's waste tire/crumb rubber making machineaims to reuse the waste tire/ rubber to make tire blocks, rubber chips, rubber mulch and rubber crumb with different sizes as your specific requirements.

Configuration:Semi-automatic and fully automatic.

Raw material application:bicycle tire, motocycle tire, raidal tyre, nylon tires, truck tires, OTC tires, tire scraps, rubber-soled shoes, rubber gloves, used conveyors and other rubber products.

Working Efficiency:300 kg/h-5000 kg/h, we provide customized proposal accordingly.

RUBBER GRANULE/CRUMB MANUFACTURING PROCESS

This crumb rubber processing machinesdeveloped by Rotecho adopts physical method to convert car tires and truck tyres into clean wire-free rubber crumb, which realize the recycling and reusing of waste tyres. These production lines are intended for customers in the entry level, small plant and industrial scale tire recycling system with capacity of 300-5000kg/h.

1. Whole Tire Size Reduction: This step can help you to remove the bead wire and get scrap tires within 5-15cm, and in this process, we have the semi-automatic tire crusher and automatic tire shredder to meet different requirement.
2. Rubber Crusher: Convert scrap tires into 12-25 mm rubber chips.
3. Rubber Granulator: Make the rubber chips into1-6 mm rubber crumbs.
4. RUBBER POWDER PRODUCTIN LINEis further treatment in waste tire recycling.

ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT

Magnetic separator, Fiber separator, Air classifier, Dust remover and Belt conveyor etc.

ADVANTAGE OF WASTE TIRE/RUBBER CRUMB RECYCLING LINE

2. As known that tire contains a lot of steel wire and nylon fiber, so the separating ratio is the key index in this recycling line, Rotecho can make the final rubber granule purity to 99.9%.

RUBBER GRANULE PRODUCTION OUTPUT

1. The waste tires' DIAMETER and final rubber crumb size will greatly affect the machine's configuration.
2. The further processing for rubber granules could increase the adding value, such as make different fineness rubber powder, rubber tile etc.
