Sludge Briquetting Machine Supplier/Sludge Briquette Press Maker
Sludge briquetting machine supplier/sludge briquette press maker is mainly used for briquetting non-ferrous and black metal ore powder into ball shape, for example: coal, coal slime, coking coal dust ash, and pool mud, oxide skin, steel slag, iron essence pink, aluminum ash powder, sludge, silicon manganese ore powder, etc. All waste materials and auxiliary materials in metallurgy industry should be on the stove, the need for sludge briquetting machine to briquette.
The sludge briquetting machine supplier/sludge briquette press maker is a kind of moulding equipment which is used for powder materials. As for the mineral power briquetting press machine, sludge briquetting machine can press many kinds of mineral power into pillow or oval shape, and the finished products can be put into the furnace to make mineral. what's more ,the finished balls can drop down for 2 meter's height and won't be broken and enjoys high heat intensity and cold strength.
Design Features of Sludge Briquetting Machine Supplier/Sludge Briquette Press Maker:
1. coal slime ball briquette machine have buffer device which can better protect the equipment from hard thing damaging.
2. Sludge briquetting machine be designed with the ball Rollers adjustable device to make the two bowls roller in the adjustable scope, never intervention;
3. Sludge briquetting machine adopts 65 Mn casting skin rigid materials. For the combination of roller skin assembly form, so that the wears can be changed at any time.
4. Sludge Briquetting Machine is also energy conservation and environmental protection product, the materials after molding of the pressure and the mechanisms features energy conservation and environmental protection, easy to transport and improve the utilization rate of the waste.
Sludge mainly comes from municipal sludge, factory sludge (such as printing, tanneries, paper mills, etc.) and other kinds of sludge. We put the sludge to the feeder, the feeder limits automatic feeding and controls the amount of the entire production line to ensure uniform feeding. Then sludge is fed into blender to be mixed, so sludge can contain uniform water, and fully combined with adhesives, control the amount of the entire production line to ensure uniform feeding. After stirring, the material can be pressed by briquette pressing machinery.
Working Principle of Sludge Briquetting Machine Supplier/Sludge Briquette Press Maker
This briquette press machine through reducer simultaneously transmitted the power to two pressure rollers and made them rotated in opposite directions. In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller. When the material is rotated to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure has reached a peak. Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished ball.
