PE Foam Fruit Net Extrusion Line

PE foam net is a new soft packing material. Due to its unique expanding reticulation structure and the elastic foamed net film, it is widely used in the package of glass product, precision instrument, various fruits, etc.

PE Foam Tube/Rod/Net Extruder produces qualified PE Foam Tube/Rod/Net Extruder by butane gas foaming method with several materials like Surface Active Agent, Talc Master Batch, Pigment, etc and providing the controlling system of each part by automatic systems. So closed cell polyethylene foams are formed with innumerable cells expanded by 15-40 times of Low-Density Polyethylene resins. Fruit net making machinehas been excellent results in its shock absorbing, moisture-proofing, heat insulating, chemical resistance and easy handling has widely been used for industrial packaging, construction and agricultural purposes. Our PE Foam Tube/Rod/Net Extruder is designed by the precise technology of Longkou City Hongrun Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. to provide high quality and good service to customers.

PE Foam Net Extrusion Line & PE Foam Pipe Extrusion Line (also called plastic net extrusion line)produces PE foam pipe, rod, and net which are excellent materials for insulation application, construction industry, and protection packaging by the economical extruding system.

A unique screw provides an intensive mixing and enables the production of quality foam sheet with any cell size and density.

Our dies, specially manufactured for its high tolerance, provide an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality foam to meet customer’s diverse demands.

Auto temp. control via PID temp. control or PLC controlled touch screen on customer’s request.

AC motor and variable frequency inverter control system are durable at any harsh factory environment.
