Silicone powder is compatible with almost all types of thermoplastics, and is widely used in the production process of various thermoplastics. It can improve processing properties, surface quality and mechanical property. Typical function is to improve slip properties, lubricity, mar resistance, silicone molding filling and mold release.
Compared to silicone masterbatch, siloxane powder has a wider range of applications, while poor dispersion. Siloxane powder couldn’t be used in extrusion and injection molded plastic directly.
Siloxane powder WR5050 by SiSiB, a professional silicone products manufacturer, is highly efficient water repellent designed for cementitious dry-mix powder. It is a free-flowing powder, and easy to mix in powdered composition, it will increase water repellency with no post-treatment required.
It can provide excellent resistance to water absorption throughout the material. SiSiB® WR5050 may be used in a variety of cementitious dry mix applications where the application of conventional liquid water repellents is not feasible or desired, like concrete, stucco, plaster, grout, and mortar.、

SiSiB® SP1050 is a super slip thermoplastic additive containing 55% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer and 45% silica. SiSiB® SP1050 could be used as an additive in almost all thermoplastics polymer to improve processing properties, surface quality and mechanical property.
SiSiB® SP1070
SiSiB® SP1070 is a super slip thermoplastic additive containing 70% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer and 30% silica. SiSiB® SP1070 could be used as an additive in almost all thermoplastics polymer to improve processing properties, surface quality and mechanical property.
SiSiB® SP2060
SiSiB® SP2060 is a super slip thermoplastic additive containing 60% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer and 40% silica. SiSiB® SP2060 could be used as an additive in almost all thermoplastics polymer to improve processing properties, surface quality and mechanical property.
