DGT Rebar Straightening & Cutting Machine
Fully automatic rebar straightening & cutting machine Features:
1. Fully automatic, batch operation, the user can set 99 working tasks at most, and set length & quantity for each batch. The machine would be continuously working until all the tasks are finished or the coil is run out.
2. Unique button, the machine would memorize the length has been straightened of the last rebar, so when the user restart the machine, there would not be any cutting tolerance for the first rebar.
3. Minimum cutting length is 300mm and maximum cutting length has no limitation
4. Very small cutting length tolerance: ±5mm, could meet your demands for high-precision operation
5. Patented blade travel limitation sensor switch (IR detector), placing above the cutting blade, would limit the blade in a safe cutting travel
6. Hydraulic cutting system, stable and with lower noise
