晶须陶瓷
描述:
晶须陶瓷是一种硬度增强的硬质陶瓷基体金刚砂晶体，通常被称作晶须陶瓷。当晶须被分布在粒度较细的氧化铝中时，晶须增强了陶瓷的延展性，使其不易断裂。
- 晶须陶瓷的特点和好处：
- 硬度高(Hv2,100)
- 韧度强，因为金刚砂能够增强晶须陶瓷的韧性。
- 抗热震性强，半精加工操作，有利于应用冷却剂和非连续加工。
- 适于粗加工和半精加工，硬质合金的加工速度的8-10倍。
