MT-4F Granite Polishing and Grinding Head
After years of optimization and improvement, the heads made by our factory are assembled with reinforced steel cams, extra strengthened gear rings, high-class bearings and oil seals, and have increased a device to form an internal lubricating cycle of the lubricating grease, and a new design with a removable upper lid. The recommended heads are the newest generation with more superiority as the most reasonable structure, the best practical function, most durable performance, and easy to maintain, which win us a high reputation among the similar producers.
The way of lubricating. In comparison with the old style polishing head, we have successfully worked out the solution of the lubricating problem in the newest one. By means of self-running of the head body, the lubricating grease can be guided to the lubricating parts in the ways as intercepting, diverting and drain-aging to form an internal lubricating cycle. As a consequence, the wear phenomena of the parts is greatly decreased and the service life of the head is extended considerably.
Easy and convenient to maintain. By improving and designing the separate removable upper cover of the head, it is easy to replace the small wearing parts such as the oil seal and to make the maintenance simple and convenient and no necessary to completely open the head any more.
The size of the oil seal of the upper cover has been decreased to strengthen the sealing effect. Increased an oil seal on the top cover is for the purpose of oil leakproof and water invading as well.
