穿条灌胶发泡设备（型材填充）
用于穿条型材填充提高隔热能力
特点优势：1、阻止穿条腔内产生对流现象，提高门窗的隔热性能（降低型材导热系数，减小K值）。发泡技术可降低穿条隔热型材的空腔冷热空气对流产生的能耗，没法泡的K值在2.3-3.5，发泡后可降低到K值在1.5-2。2、防止因隔热条与金属之间的物理连接部位产生虹吸渗水现象。PA66GF25隔热条有一定的吸水性，在冬天型材腔体冷热空气对流会产生水气，被隔热条吸附后线膨胀系数达到30%会脆裂，发泡后的型材不会出现此类问题，而且聚氨酯发泡不吸一滴水。3 、防止隔热腔体内部因积水后冻结膨胀而使隔热条收缩、脱离连接。4、 有利于提高型材的整体刚性。可以有效弥补型材穿条工艺中因压合不足的问题而出现次品的问题。

a)胶水为双组份聚氨酯,AB胶的不锈钢料桶容积分别为40L,有液位显示功能;
b)计量泵采用德国进口品牌,计量泵驱动采用伺服电机独立驱动,胶水比例任意可调;
c)注胶头有自动清洗功能,采用伺服电机搅拌,转速直观显示,有低限速提醒功能,确保AB胶充分混合;
d)纸质U型槽在线成型,驱动采用伺服电机;
e)可根据不同腔体大小选择适合的成型装置,方便更换,满足多种需求.
