Welding Rotator
Each set of hydraulic paired turning rolls carrier consists of two follower rolls carrier, and each follower rolls carrier is equipped with a system of two sets of hydraulic cylinder driving roller wheel component, with the hydraulic cylinder regulating the swing of jacking roller wheel base, to achieve the up-and-down regulation of roller wheel for the alignment of a work piece. The hydraulic system employs a set of hydraulic pump station to supply oils uniformly for each hydraulic cylinder that can be operated for controlling separately, and each hydraulic cylinder can drive a roller wheel component independently. It is widely applied in the automatic welding or grinding of internal and external welds and circumferential welds of boiler barrel steam drum and other cylindrical members in wind tower, boiler, pressure container, petroleum, chemical industry, mechanics and other manufacturing industries. It is provided with advanced structure and complete functions, easy to operate, and plays a reliable role in guaranteeing the improvement of the quality of product.
