Water-Soluble Film Packing Machine
1)Price Term: FOB Guangzhou
2) Warranty: 24 months (Attention: Machine's warranty range don't include damageable spare parts like heating tube, thermocouple, temperature controller, photocell and blade. Other parts will be supplied freely during the warranty time and the freight will be paid for by supplier if the parts are broken by quality problem within 3 times. And the users must return the broken parts within 15 days after receipt of new parts). The warranty date is started from day when the customers get machines.
3)Installation Service:When the engineer go to customers’ companies for installation and making a train, The customers are responsible for engineer’s round tickets & accommodation and traffic fee in the local. And the service fee is free within 3 working days. After 3 working days, the service fee is USD100.00/day if the customers still need our training service
4)Service (Outside of Warranty Time): We can supply the spare parts for users (customers) as the cost price. The freight is paid by users (customers). If the customers need our technical staff to make train or repair the machine to their factory, they must be responsible for his round tickets with visa and accommodation.
5)Spare Parts: heating tube — 10 pieces; thermocouple — 5pieces; solid-state relay — 8pieces;;tools and box-1 sets
