- Bag slot:there are 6 bag slots for 6 heads Facial mask packaging machine, more than 300 bags could be placed on each bag slot, total 2000+ bags for 6 bag slots, to save time from always load bags by operator.B. Temperature controller:there are 6 channels, 6 pair of sealing knife, one Temperature controller for each pair of sealing knife, it could control the heating temperature of the sealing knife to make sure the good qualify of the sealing effect.C: Touch screen:Control platform of the machine, operation parameter, operation status, warning machine etc. are display on the ouch screen clearly.D: Full inspection press roller,after filling and sealing arefinished for the facial mask bags, they will be discharged by conveyor belt then pressed by Full inspection press roller to check if the the sealing of bags are good, to save human resource from checking the sealing quality.E: Climbing style conveyor belt,climbing style conveyor belt is optional part , it could deliver the finished facial mask bags to higher position production line.F: Vacuum pressure meter,here are 6 vacuum pressure meters for 6 heads Facial mask packaging machine, they could check to do not fill if failure of open bag, each of the vacuum pressure meter could be controlled separately.G: Fiber amplifier,2 set of Fiber amplifier, 6 Fiber amplifier in each set to check if the bags are in proper position, alarming if not.H: Bag slot hand-wheel,hand-wheel to adjust the width of bag slot to suit specific width of bags.I: Guide slot hand-wheel,hand-wheel to adjust the width of guide slot to suit specific width of bags.J: Bag Height hand-wheel,hand-wheel to adjust the positioning component to suit specific Height of bags.K: Magnetic gear pump,reliable and durable High precision Magnetic gear pump, able to set the filling speed and volume on touch screen, the filling accuracy is ±0.2g.
