50mm 56.8mm PCD cutting tool blanks
PCD cutting tool blanksconsist ofPCD layer integrally sintered at ultrahigh pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing. They have the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the toughness that of tungsten carbide. Their life are 10 to 100 times of tungsten carbide cutters.
