CNC Turning
CNC turning have two types: horizontal CNC turning and vertical CNC turning. Horizontal turning are most popular used in the machining field.
WALKSON, as a professional cnc precision milling and cnc turning company, uses horizontal CNC turning to turn our forging shaft products and produce precision turning parts. In terms of precision cnc turning service, our ability can turning max shaft with diameter 2m and 15m long, surface finish roughness can up to Ra0.2, tolerance in 0.02mm.
CNC Turning Introduction
Our vertical CNC turning are used on our wheel alloy steel casting products, max diameter can up to 15 meters. Our machining factory, also specializing in cnc turning & millingand cnc precision turning, already has more than 20 years experience with a lot experienced engineers skilled in custom cnc machining service, quick turn cnc machining and cnc turning operation.
We gather 80% of china big casting and big forging products machining in china, that means all heavy casting, forging parts we call can do.
