Sucker Rod Centralizer

Sucker rod centralizeris a kind of downhole toolswhichis pumping wellanti-abrasion, it is especially suitable for pumping well and directionalwell whcih above of sucker rod middle point,under the middlepointof sucker rod , the rod body with nylon centralizer is works better.

The sucker rodmoves up and down in the tubing, due to the elastic deformation of sucker rod, rod and oil tube wall is easy to makefriction, ti makes sucker rod break off easily, sucker rod centralizer has strong flexibility, touchedwith the tubingwall can reduce the friction of rod and tube, and can be increase production life of pumping unit.The centralizer is connected with sucker rod , the outsid diameter of centralizer is bigger than coupling outer diameter,so that can make the function of centralize. Thecentralizer is made ofhigh strength wear-resistant material, andtouched with the tubingtoreduce the abrasionto achieve the purpose of anti-abrasion.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

Process Sucker Rod Centralize:

1. ℃.
2. ℃hot air, making its humidity less than 0.1%.
5. ℃, and the mold temperature of the processed HTN53G50HSLR is 100℃.
6. ℃, plasticizing area one temperature is 285 ℃,plasticizing area two temperature is 275 ℃, plasticizing area three temperature is 260 ℃, injection pressure is 110 bar, flow is 90 cc/min.
