Versatile Application
Yushi hydraulic threading machines are suitable for producing long screws, ACME screws, ball screws, and mechanical parts. They are extensively used in the automotive, motorcycle, and tool manufacturing sectors.
Chipless Thread Rolling Process
Our threading process is based on chipless cold forming. A cylindrical blank is rotated and squeezed between hardened steel dies, which penetrate the blank’s surface, forming threads without wasting material.
In-Feed and Thru-Feed Methods
In-Feed Method: Ideal for simultaneously forming the entire thread length without axial movement.
Thru-Feed Method: Suitable for threads too long for the in-feed process.
