XJS-Mseries is a roll film bag making vertical packaging machine. This series is mainly used for automatic bag making of heat-sealable roll film.
The Roll Film Bag Making Vertical Packaging Machineadopts brand PLC and color touch screen, which is easy and intuitive to operate. The production parameter setting can be directly set on the touch screen throughout the whole process, and the production formula can be directly saved.
Servo drives on the pull belts provide complete digital control to optimize speed and accuracy.
Pneumatic components control horizontal sealing motivations.
Automatic fault alarm display function, such as low temperature, no packaging film, no ribbon, no material, no color code, automatic alarm or shutdown function when the glass protective door is opened.
Simple and lightweight roll film correction function, the roll film position can be corrected by jog left and right on the touch screen.
Automatic tracking of international brand electric eyes, accurate positioning of trademarks, and more than 8 color code options for selection.
The universal swivel arm of the automobile standard is adopted, which is gentle in movement and has a long service life.
With its own cooling function, steering accessories are in line with automotive standards.
The Vertical packaging machineis equipped with a ribbon coding machine, which automatically prints the date and production batch number. Thermal transfer, inkjet printer and laser printerare optional.
Themachine can be equipped with computer combination scales, electronic scales, auger filler, counting machines, measuring cups and single cup conveyors to form a production line, which can be combined with various equipment according to the actual packaging materials or needs.
