Users manually separate and feed dozens of paper sheets into the input entrance, after which the machine automatically transfers them to the mold, pushes them into place, and forms the shape via heating. This design is suitable for large-size paper cake trays, heavy paper materials (up to 80gsm), foil trays, and similar products, while also accommodating small-size applications.
The key difference between the DS-JA and DS-JB paper cake tray machines lies in their paper separation and feeding processes. The DS-JB semi-automatic model requires manual feeding throughout the process.
