PTFE (F4 or Teflon) Demister Pad
Introduction
PTFE wire mesh demister is one of the best corrosion resistance demisters. It can be used with any kind of chemical medium for a long-term. PTFE demister pad is resistant to hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and various organic acids, organic solvent, strong oxidants, as well as a variety of other strong corrosive chemical medium corrosion. PTFE demister pad can be routinely used in temperatures between -150 ~ + 250. Poly tetrafluoroethylene is resistant to strong acids and bases and it has low pressure drop, large flux and high efficient defogging characteristics.

Corrosion-resistant: resistant to acid, alkali, aquaregia, and a variety of organic solvents

High lubrication: lowest friction coefficient in solid materials
In adhesion: not adhere to any substance
High self-lubrication: the friction coefficient of the solid material is 0.04
Non-toxic: physiologically inert, can be implanted in the human body, resistance to aging, can be used in the atmosphere for a long time
Pollution Prevention: low blank value of the metal elements, the lead content less than 10-11g / ml, the uranium content less than 10-12g / ml
Leakage protection: Falling from 1.2 meters high, the bottle is not broken and the cap does not fall off and without damaging leakage phenomenon.
Usage
The PTFE wire has superior tensile strength, diverse specifications and easy-weaving, and other physical characteristics. Through a variety of woven ways of tetrafluoroethylene can be processed into wire mesh in different forms used in numerous fields, the most representative for: gas liquid filtration industry also known as (gas liquid filters) poly tetrafluoroethylene resin material is better than almost any known anti-vapor permeability of the plastic material. Poly tetrafluoroethylene resin material has much lower gas permeability than most of the polymers.Specifications: Top style, bottom style, DG200-DG6400 and nonstandard demister pad (defogger).
