The multi-layer rubber textile conveyor beltswe offer are composed of three components:cloth cover, carcass cover and skim cloth.The rubber cover is a unique rubber compound suitable for different purposes, like abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, cold strength, acid resistance, fuel resistance and many others.

Structure
The multi-layer conveyor belts we offer feature our renowned multi-layer EP construction (warp knitted polyester and weft knitted nylon). These rubber textile conveyor belts are also equipped with a special rubber layer (coating layer) that has excellent fabric bonding properties. The top layer of the belts features a highly wear-resistant cover for heavy-duty applications or special covers upon customer request.
