Screw Air Compressor Working Principle
The cylinder of the wholesale screw air compressor contains a pair of intermeshing spiral rotors, which rotate in opposite directions. The main rotor, also known as the convex rotor, is driven by the motor. The other rotor, which we call the concave rotor, is mainly driven by the main rotor through oil spraying to form an oil film. When the spiral rotor groove passes through the air intake, it is filled with gas. When the rotor rotates, the rotor groove is sealed by the casing to form a compression chamber. After the rotor groove is sealed, lubricating oil is sprayed into the compression chamber, which will play a role in sealing, cooling, and lubrication. When the rotor rotates to compress the lubricant and gas, we collectively refer to this as an oil-gas mixture. The volume of the compression chamber decreases and the oil-gas mixture is discharged to the exhaust port. When the oil-gas mixture in the compression chamber passes through the exhaust port, the oil-gas mixture is discharged from the screw drive air compressor, completing a process of air intake, compression, and exhaust. The working cycle of the industrial screw type air compressor can be divided into three processes: air intake, compression, and exhaust. As the rotor rotates, each pair of intermeshing gears completes the same work, converting mechanical energy into the kinetic energy of the gas!
