Superconductingheattransferisanenergy-savingadvancedtechnologywhichwasfirstlyinventedandappliedinmannedspaceflightbyAmericaaerospaceengineeringandtechnicalpersonnel.Vacuumsuperconductiveradiatorisdifferentfromtraditionalradiator.Itisfilledwithsuperconductingmaterialinsteadofwater.Insidetheradiatorisvacuumstate,whichfeatureslowstartingtemperature,fasttransmission(whenputinhotwater,thesuperconductingradiatoronlytakesafewsecondstoentirelyheatup),hightemperature(usingwatertoheatthesuperconductingradiatorcanmakeitssurfacetemperatureabove80ºC)andsavingwatermorethan90%(nowaterintheentiresuperconductingradiator,onlytheboilerandpipelineneedtobefilledwithwater),withtheadvantagesofeasyinstallation,timeandmaterialsaving,corrosionresistance,longservicelife,safeandreliable,energysavingandsoon.Atpresent,China’ssuperconductiveheattransfertechnologyhasreachedworld-classlevel.ZhenyuCompanyhassuccessfullycommercializedthetechnology.Applicationofthetechnologywillmakeagreatcontributiontoenergysaving.

Features:

1.Fastheattransferspeed.

Superconductingtechnologyisanefficientandhigh-speedheattransfertechnology,whichusestheprincipleofphasechange.Theheattransferspeedupto30m/sis15000timesthatofsilver,andtheheattransferefficientis1490timesofcopper.Itusescompositechemicalinsteadofwaterastheheatmediumforloopheatsuperconducting.Superconductingfluid,ofwhichthevaporizingpotentialis1.5timesofwater,willvaporizeandproducehigh-energyphysicalchangeswhenheated,andwillmaketheradiatorrapidlyheatupinafewminutes.Theheattransferspeedisseveraltimesmorethanplumbing,andtheplumbingheatingcanonlyreachroomtemperature1-2hoursafterstarting.Sothatitrealizesheatingwhenever,costsavingandmeanwhileensuresrapidheatingwhenneeded.

2.Highheattransfertemperature.

Theheattransfertemperatureistwicemorethanplumbing.Thesuperconductiveheattransferefficientis30%higherthanplumbing.Itcanraisetheradiatorsurfacetemperatureby90degreesormorein5-8minutes.

3.Highheatefficiency,energysaving.

Heatefficiencyofcommonplumbingisgenerally40%-60%,whilethesuperconductingradiatorisabove95%.Duetothefastheattransferspeedandhighefficiency,itcansave40%energymorethancommonplumbing.Heatefficiencyofsuperconductingradiatoris30%higherthanthatofplumbing.Itgreatlyreducestheheatingfuelconsumptionandtheheatingcostandfees.

Besides,thereisnopossibilityofwaterstealing,andbecauseofthestraightintoandoutwayoftheheatexchangetubebody,thecyclingconsumptionofheatingsystemisgreatlyreduced.

4.Lowstartingtemperature.Notafraidofcold.

Startingtemperatureofthesuperconductingmediumisverylow,anditonlyneeds35ºtostimulatetemperature,whiletheplumbingsystemcanonlynormallytransfertemperaturewhenthewaterreachesto50º.Thesuperconductingsystemcannormallygetstartedifitdoesnotfreezeinminus40º.

5.Longworkinglifewithoutmaintenance.

Causethewholesysteminasealednegativepressurevacuumstate,thedeviceiscorrosion-resistance,anti-scalingandoxidation-resistance.Oncethecompositeheatconductivematerialisfilled,itcanefficientlytransferheatforalongtimeanditsworkinglifecanreachto50yearswithoutmaintenanceaslongasitisnotartificiallydamagedinprinciple.

6.Evenheating,easyinstallation,safeandreliable.

Specialproductionprocessandprincipleofthevacuumphasechangeradiatorsolvestheproblemof“coldarea”and“hotarea”ofsurfacetemperatureeasilyappearoncommonradiator.Itismucheasiertoinstallthanplumbing.Itonlyneedstoconnecttheheatpipetothebottomofthesuperconductingradiator.Easyandquick.Itsavesallthestablepipefittingsandgreatlyreducesthecost.Thesystemrunsundervacuumnegativepressureoratmosphericpressure(whenthetemperaturereachesto125º,insidethesystemisanatmosphere).
