威海震宇智能科技股份有限公司成立于2003年，专业从事热计量产品研发与生产，是威海市首家在齐鲁股权托管交易中心挂牌交易的公司，股权代码：100109，是《中国热量表协会》和《中国城市供热协会》会员企业，也是国内早期研发与生产热量表的厂家之一。
公司坚持“科技为先导、创新促发展、质量树品牌、诚信赢市场”的经营理念，把“做优质产品、对社会负责、让用户放心”作为企业的宗旨，始终把产品技术研发放在首位，把提升产品质量作为不懈的追求。公司先后与国家兵器工业部208所、哈尔滨工业大学、浙江大学等单位进行技术合作，为加快产品创新和更新换代提供了有力的技术支持。近年来，针对供热企业在供热计量中遇到的难题，不断改进和提升产品技术性能，使ZY热计量产品具有更加广泛的实用性。
ZY无反射板超声波和分体式机械热量表，都是公司自主研发创新的产品，并获得了国家专利。ZY超声波热量表改变了传统式超声波热量表的结构，提高了计量的准确性和稳定性，是传统式超声波热量表的升级换代产品。ZY分体式机械热量表，是国内同类产品中唯一采用分体式结构的产品。
公司注册资金4000万，在威海市工业新区建立生产基地，现有标准生产厂房5000余平方米，各类生产、检测专用设施、设备配套齐全，具备生产DN20—DN200超声波热量表和分体式机械热量表的能力，年产量达80-100万只。
