Detection Kit for Monkeypox Virus DNA (PCR-Fluorescence Probing)

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the preferred laboratory test given its accuracy and sensitivity which suggested by WHO. ③　PCR amplification: PCR reagentpreparation and using extracted MPOX nucleic acid as PCR template
