Spline Shaft Stub

The universal joint is the core component of the Cardan Shaft, which allows the shaft to transmit rotational motion when the angle is inconsistent. The universal joint can absorb angle changes and maintain the continuity of power transmission.

Drive Shaft Tube

The drive shaft tubeis the main shaft body part connecting the universal joint, which is responsible for transmitting rotational motion from the engine or power source to the drive device or other mechanical parts. The length and diameter of the shaft tube are adjusted according to the specific application.

Sliding Spline

The sliding spline allows the Cardan Shaft to expand and contract in the axial direction (length direction) to adapt to the length changes that occur in the transmission system, such as the movement of the suspension system or load changes. This part realizes the free expansion and contraction of the shaft through the mutual engagement of the internal and external splines.

Flange

The flange is used to fix the Cardan Shaft to the power source or driven equipment. It ensures a firm and reliable connection through bolts or other connection methods. It is usually installed at both ends of the shaft and connected to components such as the engine or differential.
