It can be used to build a cement line collaborative waste treatment project; the waste gas exchange method is adopted, and the kiln tail gas discharged from the bypass flue gas outlet and the high temperature exhaust gas in the waste incinerator are used for heat generation by medium heat medium pressure steam generated by heat exchange of the waste heat boiler; The flue gas discharged from the flue gas outlet is greater than or equal to the amount of flue gas entering the junk exhaust gas inlet, so that the air volume of the kiln system is balanced, and no reduction in production is required, and the chloride ions in the kiln exhaust gas can be discharged, and the garbage is avoided. The incineration of high-temperature flue gas has a large diameter and is difficult to arrange in the kiln system; the waste slag after high-temperature calcination at the kiln is used as a cement raw material to realize waste utilization.
