I. Product Overview:UHB-ZK corrosion resistant mortar pump is a cantilevered single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is made of high molecular weight polyethylene steel liner ultra. The material is a new international corrosion resistant engineering plastic and has a strong corrosion resistance and extraordinary wear resistance. The pump is widely used in temperature below 100 degrees,Website:, and in transport of acid, alkali and salt organic solvents with any concentration in which the solid content and other media solid content (hard soft particles are not limited) does not exceed 40%.
II. Design Features:UHB-ZK corrosion resistant mortar pump series is designed for conveying corrosive media containing fine particles or crystalline. It is made of steel liner ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and has excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance. The structure is designed to cantilever type and the impeller is semi-open (without front cover), so as to enhance throughout capability in flow channel. The particles and impurities in medium can quickly pass through the pump chamber, without blockage. The seal is made of K-type fluorine rubber sealing ring and cooling water jacket, which takes into account the dual demands of corrosion and abrasion. This series of product is used in metal smelting, titanium dioxide, fine chemicals, fertilizers and other industries, and is highly praised by users. In addition, we can us fluorine plastic lining according to customer special requirement in corrosion-resistant or temperature. We can also customized non-standard models for special flow and head.
III. Main Uses:The product is widely used in: liquids such as acid and alkali, salt, oil, food and beverages, alcohol, organic solvents and other liquids, especially for transport of strong corrosive liquids containing fine particles. Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 95℃, particle diameter: ≤40 mesh; concentration: ≤50%.

Use and Maintenance Disassembly and installation:1. Use hand to move coupling before trial operation to check whether the rotation is flexible and the rotating direction is correct. 2. Open inlet valve to supply fluid source. If it does not reach specified liquid height, the pump must be filled with liquid firstly. 3. Connect the shaft to cooling water. 4. Start the motor to make the pump operate, and open the outlet valve in time. 5. When stopping the machine, turn off outlet valve first, and then cut off the power and stop cooling water supply at the seals.
Maintenance and care:1. Frequently check temperature rise conditions of pump and motor, regularly replace oil (fat) within the bearing plane and replace wearing parts. 2. When the pump is shut down for a long term, the flow channel in pump should be cleaned and the power should be cut off the power. Pay attention to anti-freezing in winter. 3. Keep the pump clean to prevent motor from moisture. 4. Idling or reverse is strictly prohibited.
