Sheet Metal Stamping And Finis
Topscom has stage transfer presses ranging from 45 to 250 tons, and more than 20 progressive die presses ranging from 200 to 800 tons. Our capabilities include robotic and automated bending centers and precision laser cutting. Topscom’s finishing capabilities include fully robotic, automated, and process controlled powder-coating lines. We also utilize conventional wet spray or pre-painted materials when customer requirements dictate, as well as batch processing, pad printing, and silk screening. Our assembly techniques include TOX, extrusion, and staking. Lastly, we provide in-die tapping and in-tool assembly capabilities that reduce cost and increase throughput.
