Hard Magnesium Silicate Insulation Board Used for Electrolyt
HardMagnesium Silicate Insulation Board isproducedby mixinga blend ofultra-low conductivity raw materials withaninorganic polymerbinder.As a finished product it retains such physical features as non-inflammability, heat insulationandsound absorption,and does notcontain any hazardoussubstances.
The finishedhardmagnesium silicate insulation board doesnotcontainanysilicon metal.The board can beproduced as a single-step process, without the need for any finishing stages, according to thecustomer’sspecific requirements. This,therefore,avoids environmental pollution such aslarge amountsof dustas a result of additional process steps.Since it has alower thermal conductivity than other similar productsthe board can be used for applicationssuch as theinsulation liningof electrolytic cells for aluminium production.When compared with alumino-silicate fibreboard, aluminum leakage canbesignificantlyreduced with the use ofhard magnesium silicate insulation boardsin this application. Additionally,therearenoharmfulgas emissionsduring the heating-upprocess. Thehardmagnesium silicate insulation boardis nowthe naturalchoice as agreenandenvironmentally-friendlymaterialwhichiscompletely non-toxic.
