当工作温度为70℃，可以长期使用，短期可达95℃。
使用寿命长
管道韧性高，耐热和抗蠕变性强，在正常的条件下使用，寿命可达50年以上。
耐腐蚀性好
对于水中的大多数离子和建筑物内化学物质均不起化学作用，不会生锈，不会腐蚀，不会滋生细菌。
保温性能好
管道的导热系数为0.23W/(m.k)，接近于保温材料要求，用于热水管保温节能效果极佳。
卫生性能优异
管道属“健康环保”型绿色建材，各种卫生指标都达到国家卫生标准，可直接用于饮用水的输送，安全卫生。
连接牢固
具有良好的热熔性能，且采用最先进的热熔连接技术，使整个管道系统连为一体，杜绝了漏水的隐患。
