Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Company (ZCE) was founded in 1949. After many times' re-structuring under government leadership, it becomes the largest State Owned construction enterprise in Zhejiang Province which is the one of most developed provinces in East Coast of China.

The enterprise credit status is Grade AAA.
The Group (ZCE) has more than 30 subordinate units, including engineering corporations, specialized corporations, regional corporations, investment enterprises and diversified operation entities. It has over 8,000 specialists in engineering technology and economics, over 2,300 junior and senior technical personnel (over 10 professor level senior engineers), and more than 800 project managers (construction engineers). The Group (ZCE) boasts an annual gross construction value of more than 32 provinces and cities across the country and all continents around the world namely Europe, America, Africa, Oceania markets.
The Group (ZCE) has passed the certification of Quality Management System, Occupational Health & Safety Management System and Environment Management System. More than 400 projects of the Group have received the honor of excellent project from the state, Zhejiang province and the city of Hangzhou, and more than 500 construction sites have won Safety Model Construction Site from the province and the city, and over 60 achievements in scientific research have got the awards above provincial level.
