Manufacturing & Assembly Process
Wire harness production for industrial equipment involves multiple complex stages — most of which require manual precision to ensure consistent quality.
Key assembly steps include:
Installing wires and subassemblies onto the assembly board.
Routing wires through sleeves or tubing.
Bundling and securing branches with wraps, cable ties, or tape.
Crimping terminals (often multiple wires into one connector).
Some stages can be semi-automated — such as wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, soldering, or wire twisting — but hand assembly remains the most cost-effective solution for small and customized batches.
Each finished harness undergoes comprehensive electrical testing using programmed test boards to verify continuity, insulation resistance, and functional integrity.
