21/35kV Medium Voltage Cable
Copper core/aluminum core XLPE insulated PVC/PE sheathed power cables, suitable for fixed installations in 21/35kV, 18/30kV (36/35kV) and below distribution networks or industrial equipment.
The 21/35kV XLPE Power Cable(also covering 18/30kV systems) is engineered for medium-to-high voltage power transmission. It is widely utilized in urban grid expansions, industrial substations, renewable energy integration, and large-scale infrastructure networks.
Utilizing a triple-extruded dry curing process for its XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation, this Low Voltage Power Cable provides exceptional dielectric strength and thermal stability. It is available in both copper and aluminum conductor configurations, offering flexible cost-to-performance optimization for global engineering projects.
Conductor: Number of conductors 1 or 3. The conductors shall comply with the requirement given in IEC.
Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) according to IEC.
Sheath: PVC (Polyaluminium Chloride) according to IEC.
Metal Screen: Copper Tape Screen.
Characteristics:
Conductor Temperature: Maximum conductor temperature in normal use: 90°C.
Installation Temperature: Ambient temperature under installation shall not be below 0°C.
Minimum Bending Radius: For Three Core Cable: ≥15D. For Single Core Cable: ≥20D. (D = Diameter of cable)
