A six axis material handling robothas a number of built-in servo motors. Featured by the small six axis robotarm and programming, it directly drives the six joint axes to rotate through the reducers and synchronous belt pulleys. There are 6-degree-of-freedom, including rotation (axis-S), lower arm (axis-L), upper arm (axis-U), wrist rotation (axis-R), wrist swing (B axis-B) and wrist counter-rotation (axis-T). The synthesis of 6 joints can realize the 6-DOF movement of TCP gripper at the end, which realizes many advantages such as high flexibility, large payload and high positioning accuracy and wins 6 axis robot manufacturer' favor.
