WorkingPrinciple
Thismillisanedgedrivingsystem.Itisdrivenbytheelectromotorthroughauxiliarysupportofthespeedreduceranddifferentsizesofgears.Thegrindingmachineadoptstheair-swepttypewithdryingsilos,makingthegrindingmachinemoreadaptabletothemoisturehiddeninthecrudecoal.Thecombinedconfigurationoftheladderliningboard,thedouble-ladderliningboard,
corrugatedliningboardrespectivelyimprovesthegrindingcapacity.Thefeedingdeviceadoptsshutterstructureintheformofobliqueinletflow,strengtheningtheheattransferabilityandeffectivelypreventingthefeedportplugging.Thecrudecoalgetsintothefeedport.Meanwhile,thehotairwiththetemperatureof300℃goestothesamedevice.Thespecialspreadboardsinthedryingsiloliftthecoalandthroughheatexchange,thecoalisdried.Thenthecoalgetsintothegrindingsilo,whichisequippedwiththegrindingmedium(steelballs)bythedouble-deckpartitionpanel.Thecoallumpsarethencrushedintopowders.Atthesametime,thepowderswillbecarriedoutbythespecialinduceddraftfan.Themorecoarseparticleswillbewithdrawntothegrindingsiloforfurthercrushing.
